Traceability with a story

Mislabeling and misinformation is common in the industry today. To combat this problem, Olympic Seafoods has initiated a simple tagging program by working directly with fishermen, providing them a tail tag to be put on the fish as soon as it is caught. The tag, which travels with the fish, has a QR code that provides the distributor, retail establishment, restaurant, or consumer with the name of the boat, fisherman’s name, and fishers story.
